At Manibhadra Enterprises, we value your trust and satisfaction. All warranty and guarantee services are provided directly by the respective Manufacturer/OEM.
We act solely as a facilitator between the customer and the manufacturer to help resolve issues smoothly.

Please note, Manibhadra Enterprises is not liable for any compensation related to:

  • Loss of life

  • Damage to property or business

  • Consequential damages resulting from defective products

Warranty

Warranty cover for manufacturing defects is provided by the Manufacturer/OEM only, if applicable, subject to its stated terms and warranty period. Manibhadra Enterprises does not provide a separate shop warranty.

Guarantee

Replacement for a manufacturing defect is handled by the Manufacturer/OEM, subject to its applicable warranty or guarantee terms. Manibhadra Enterprises acts only as a facilitator for such claims.

Process of Claiming Warranty / Guarantee

For Branded Electrical Products

  1. Contact the respective OEM/Brand Manufacturer directly for claiming warranty/guarantee.

  2. Provide a valid invoice from Manibhadra Enterprises as proof of purchase.

  3. You can find OEM contact information:

    • On the product packaging, or

    • In the “Customer Care Information” section below.

For Generic / Non-Branded Electrical Products

For generic or non-branded products, contact us at +91 78160 62494 with your invoice or order ID to check whether any manufacturer warranty or guarantee applies. Please contact us before sending a product for a claim. Manibhadra Enterprises does not provide a separate warranty or guarantee beyond the manufacturer’s applicable terms.

Eligibility & Liability Conditions

  • The product must be installed by a government-licensed electrician and must not be tampered with.

  • Warranty/Guarantee does not cover:

    • Incorrect installation

    • Wrong product selection

    • Consequential, human, or installation damages

  • The OEM’s decision on repair/replacement is final and binding.
