SECTION 1 – DELIVERY COVERAGE
We currently deliver products across Bengaluru city using our trusted shipping partner Porter.
You can also choose to self-pick up your order directly from our store.

SECTION 2 – DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery charges are calculated at the time of dispatch using the Porter App, based on delivery distance, order weight, and location.
Any applicable delivery charge will be communicated before the order is shipped.
SECTION 3 – DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
We strive to dispatch and deliver orders within the same day or within 1–2 working days, depending on product availability and your delivery location.
If any item is temporarily out of stock or unavailable, we will inform you via email or phone with a revised delivery schedule or alternative options.

Delivery transit times may vary due to factors beyond our control, as deliveries are handled by third-party courier providers.
SECTION 4 – ORDER COLLECTION & VERIFICATION

All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt.

For store pickups, you will be required to show a valid ID and provide authorization (if someone else is collecting on your behalf).

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate at checkout to avoid delays.
SECTION 5 – DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES
We take utmost care in packaging your orders. However, if you notice that the delivery package is damaged or tampered with:

Take a photo or video of the damaged package.

Currently, shipping is limited to Bengaluru city limits.
