Warranty & Guarantee Policy

At Manibhadra Enterprises, we value your trust and satisfaction. All warranty and guarantee services are provided directly by the respective Manufacturer/OEM.
We act solely as a facilitator between the customer and the manufacturer to help resolve issues smoothly.

Please note, Manibhadra Enterprises is not liable for any compensation related to:

  • Loss of life

  • Damage to property or business

  • Consequential damages resulting from defective products


Warranty

Warranty” refers to the period during which the Manufacturer/OEM (or Manibhadra Enterprises, if the product is unbranded) will:

  • Repair or service the product in case of any manufacturing defect or significant loss of performance.

  • Return the repaired product to the customer within the specified time.


Guarantee

Guarantee” refers to the condition where, if the product cannot be repaired due to a manufacturing defect or major performance issue within the specified period, the Manufacturer/OEM (or Manibhadra Enterprises for unbranded items) will:

  • Replace the defective product with a new unit and return it to the customer.


Process of Claiming Warranty / Guarantee

For Branded Electrical Products

  1. Contact the respective OEM/Brand Manufacturer directly for claiming warranty/guarantee.

  2. Provide a valid invoice from Manibhadra Enterprises as proof of purchase.

  3. You can find OEM contact information:

    • On the product packaging, or

    • In the “Customer Care Information” section below.


For Generic / Non-Branded Electrical Products

If you are based in or visiting Bengaluru, you can visit our store directly for assistance.

If you are from another location, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us on our official number (+91 78160 62494) to confirm warranty/guarantee eligibility.

  2. Pack the product securely and send it through a reliable courier service (courier cost borne by customer).

  3. Address your parcel to:

  4. Mention your address, phone number, order ID, and warranty/guarantee claim clearly.

  5. We will inspect the product and forward it to the OEM for claim processing.

  6. Once the repaired/replaced product is received, we will courier it back to your provided address.


Eligibility & Liability Conditions

  • The product must be installed by a government-licensed electrician and must not be tampered with.

  • Warranty/Guarantee does not cover:

    • Incorrect installation

    • Wrong product selection

    • Consequential, human, or installation damages

  • The OEM’s decision on repair/replacement is final and binding.
