The DY125U 2 Pole is built in the 3 pole frame size (75 mm width), so it matches the full DY125U accessory range. This catalog number EM90812OOJO is the variant spreader terminals not included. Phase barriers are supplied with the unit. The fixed thermal-magnetic release needs no settings or commissioning: overload protection is thermal and short-circuit protection trips magnetically at 10 times the rated current.

Breaking capacity is 25 kA at 240V AC (Ics = 100% of Icu) – the 2 pole DY125U is rated for 240V AC systems, with 10 kA at 250V DC when both poles are wired in series. If your installation is a 415V three-phase board, use the 3 pole or 4 pole DY125U instead, and where the fault level exceeds these values, look at the DU range (18-50 kA) or the dsine DN range – we stock those too.

Practical panel-builder details: no load-line bias, so supply and load can connect to either side; clear ON / TRIP / OFF indication; suitable for isolation; conforms to IS/IEC 60947-2, IEC 60947-2 and EN 60947-2. The whole DY125U family covers 16A to 125A in 2, 3 and 4 pole versions.
