At Manibhadra Enterprises, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase.
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions mentioned below.

SECTION 1 – RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept any return or refund request.

SECTION 2 – ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.

  • The product is different from what was ordered.

  • The order is incomplete or missing components.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and have all original tags and labels intact.

  • A photo or video showing the issue and the packaging must be provided while raising the request.

SECTION 4 – REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 7 working days,

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method (as per your bank/card provider’s timeline).

SECTION 5 – CUSTOMER-INITIATED RETURNS

If the return is due to reasons such as ordering the wrong product or a change of mind, please note:

  • Return approval is subject to review.

  • The product must be unused and in original condition.

  • Return shipping charges and payment gateway fees will be deducted from your refund.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All products purchased from Manibhadra Enterprises are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.
